Balance jams

Balance no sugar added Belgian jam. 220g. In choice of flavours.

INGREDIENTS: based on Strawberry (others will be similar with obviously different fruit): Maltitol syrup, Strawberries, Citric acid, Pectin (gelling agent). Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g.

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g (almost half a jar): 664 kCal, Protein less than 0.5g, Carbohydrates 63.7g of which polyols 60.9g, giving net carbs (effective carbohydrates) of 2.8g, sugars 3g (naturally found in the fruit), Fat less than 0.5g, Fibre 1g, Sodium 0.035mg.

Net carbs (effective carbohydrates) for the Cherry jam are 5.1g per 100g.
